Alltech Engineering performs numerous annual crane inspections on jib cranes and overhead cranes for manufacturing facilities ranging from small shops to global industrial manufacturers. Our inspections strictly follow OSHA 1910.179, 1926.179 Subpart CC, and ASME B30 standards. Alltech’s inspectors are Overhead Crane Inspector certified and CMCO Certified Chain Hoist Repair Technicians. We inspect many different brands of equipment including CM, Coffing, Yale, and Budgit.

We provide our customers with written documentation of their equipment’s overall condition with each inspection. This allows them to understand the equipment’s current status and also to plan future maintenance. Alltech crane inspections help ensure our customers’ equipment stay in compliance with OSHA requirements and industry standards.

Upon completion of each inspection, our inspectors review any identified safety hazards that need to be addressed. Customers are then able to initiate repairs necessary to provide for safe operation and to eliminate costly downtime. We continue to provide these services on a monthly basis for multiple clients.
